Pigs-in-the-Blanket: The ladies will be making pigs-in-the-blanket on Monday, November 18 at 9:00 a.m. and Tuesday, November 19 at 1:00 p.m.
Operation Christmas Child: Fall is here and it’s time to think about Operation Christmas Child. Please consider packing a box for boys and girls that may not get a Christmas gift at all this year. When packing shoe boxes make them fun, full, and personalized for each child. Collection dates are November 18-25 at noon. This gives you plenty of time to take the kids or grandkids shopping and let them help you make gift choices. The $10.00 donation is being covered by the church again this year so you don’t have that expense when you are packing your box. The boxes are here and ready to be filled. Thanks in advance!
Bloodmobile: There will be a Red Cross blood drive at the First Reformed Church in Edgerton on Monday, November 18, 2024 from 12:30 p.m. until 6:30 p.m.. Please call Betty at 507-227-4816 or fbhuisken@gmail.com to make or confirm an appointment. There is a constant need for blood. Every 2 seconds, someone/somewhere in the U.S.A. needs a unit of blood. Anyone 16 years (with parental consent) or older and in good health is able to donate.
Installation Service: We will be having a service on Sunday afternoon, November 17 at 2:00 p.m. for the purpose of installing Pastor Mark as Teaching Elder in Rivers and Lakes Presbytery EPC. We will be joined by some Ruling and Teaching Elders from the presbytery. The message will be delivered by Pastor Isaac Gould from Riverside Evangelical Church in Sartell, MN.
Thanksgiving Meal: No plans for Thanksgiving Day lunch? Join us after the Thanksgiving Day Service, Thursday, November 28 at 11:00 a.m. Serving turkey, ham and all the other holiday favorites. Please call or text Jason (507-227-5739) or Shanna Snyder (507-227-3953) and RSVP with the number of guests (so we have enough food) or stop in church and talk to Pastor Mark. This invitation is open to anyone. Please no take-out or delivery.
