Bloodmobile:  There will be a Red Cross blood drive at the First Christian Reformed Church in Edgerton on Monday, September 16 from 12:30 until 6:30.  Please call Betty at 507-227-8416 or fbhuisken@gmail.com to make or to confirm an appointment.  We are always looking for new donors.  There is an urgent need for blood.  Every 2 seconds someone/somewhere in the U.S.A. is in need of blood.  Anyone 16 yrs (with parent’s permission) or older and in good health can donate.

A.C.E. of Southwest Minnesota is offering SAIL: Stay Active & Independent for life classes at the Runals Memorial Hall September 9-December 5.  Please see the flier on the bulletin board by the front door for more information.

SWC 7th Annual Tractor Ride Fundraiser: The 7th Annual SWC Tractor Ride is just around the corner on September 14.  The route begins at the American Reformed Church in Luverne.  Park on the north of the lot. Rolls and coffee will be available beginning at 8 am. Be ready to ride at 9:30. With questions or to register, call Kendra Kuipers at 507-227-0488 .

Hope Haven Talsma ATV & Horse Ride Benefit: Ready for an adventure? Bring your ATV's, side by sides, dirt bikes, or horses and join Hope Haven for their Talsma Benefit Ride at Talsma’s Trail Park on Saturday, September 14. Talsma’s Trail Park is an ATV park located along the Missouri River in Southeast South Dakota. Don't miss this fun opportunity to support Hope Haven International Ministries! Grief Support:  Pipestone County Hospice will be holding a six-week adult grief support group from September 24th to May 29th at the Pipestone County Hospice House. Grief support groups allow individuals mourning the loss of a loved one the chance to come together in a safe environment to discuss their experiences. Mourners are given a space to; share his/her thoughts and emotions. The group will discover coping skills, discuss identity changes, and find support. Meetings will be on Tuesdays from 5:30pm to 6:30pm at the Pipestone County Hospice House.  For more information or to register please call (507) 825-6024.
